Delivery

The carrier of my choice, Chronopost, Colissimo or DPD will deliver my parcel to the pickup point of my choice.

Thanks to our partnership with these 3 leading French carriers, Pickup delivery is available on the vast majority of online retail websites.

Email / SMS alert

You will be informed by email and/or SMS as soon as your parcel is available at the pickup point with all the necessary information: access, times, collection deadline.

You will be informed in real time of the different stages of your parcel delivery until it is delivered.

Step 4

QR code

In your pickup point, scan the QR code that you received in your email notification, without forgetting to present your identity card.

With this QR code, you can easily collect your parcel.

Step 5

Parcel collection

Collect your parcel.

And to avoid unpleasant surprises, you will be warned by SMS that the deadline for collecting your parcel is imminent.

Collecting the parcel

The locker opens: collect your parcel and close the locker door.

Make a return request on your online retail website and choose to drop off your parcel at a Pickup point.

Find a pickup point

Consult the Pickup network map and you can easily find the nearest pickup point to you to make your return.

Opening hours and days and parking… You can easily find the pickup point which meets your requirements exactly.

Step 3

Preparing the parcel

Go to your Pickup point with your parcel, having previously attached your return label. Your Pickup retailer will scan the label and accept the parcel.

In a few seconds your parcel will be ready to be returned.

Step 4

Dispatch of parcel

My parcel will then be returned to the carrier.
